What we collect
The mailing-list form on this site collects an email address. The form on the Invest page collects a name and an email address. The contact form collects a name, an email address, an optional phone number, and the content of your message.
Where a link to this site carries campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar), those values are stored alongside the submission so we know which channel a request came from. The Invest page also reads a reference token from the URL when one is present, and records when that token is redeemed.
Analytics runs on every page and records non-identifying usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, and device type.
How we use it
We use an email address given to the mailing-list form to send market observations and notes from the field. We use the details given to the Invest form to send offering materials and to follow up directly. We use the details given to the contact form to answer your message. Campaign parameters and token redemptions are used only to understand how enquiries reach us.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Mailing-list and Invest submissions are written to beehiiv, the third-party service that operates our email list, and are processed by beehiiv under its own terms. Invest submissions also trigger an internal notification to a member of the firm.
If you proceed to review an offering, you are handed off to Cashflow Portal, a separate company that acts as its own controller of the information you give it and applies its own privacy policy. Nothing in this policy governs what happens there.
Beyond those services and our analytics provider, we share personal data only where the law requires it.
Your choices
Every mailing carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will act on that request. Ask by writing to the address below.
We keep submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about an investment, and for as long afterwards as our records obligations require.
