96,586 square feet and 1,376 units in West Los Angeles, a hundred feet from the 405. Climate-controlled storage with a dedicated wine storage facility, completed in December 2024 and operating under the brand US Storage Centers.
John and Shane have invested significant funds alongside an institutional private equity firm in the development of this project.
