What We Do

We are a build-to-core real estate developer with a focus on redeveloping inefficient properties on the West Coast. We acquire and redevelop functionally obsolescent buildings in A+ locations that often require significant design, land use, and construction risk. We believe we can generate outsized returns for our investors by finding top tier sites and adding value through entitelment.

Our Los Angeles (sold in October 2018) and San Francisco (January 2020) Self Storage properties achieved the highest price / square foot ever recorded for a self storage transaction in each of their respective submarkets. We still hold those records to this day.
